Colin established Robson & Porter in 1989 before becoming a partner of Robson & Oliver when it was established in 1992. Colin has lived in Sawtell for 34 years and is an active member of the community and local church, involved with organisations such as Lifeline. Colin has assisted and advised numerous local organisations since becoming a lawyer in 1980. Colin has extensive experience an areas of conveyancing, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration.
Kinloch, otherwise known as ‘Skip’ is a long time Sawtell local and has a reputation for being one of the most friendly, approachable lawyers in the area. One of the founding partners of Robson & Oliver, Skip has extensive experience in family law, criminal and civil matters, and consistently achieves excellent results for his clients.
Sarah grew up in Bellingen and after completing her studies, returned to the area and was admitted to practice in 2011. Sarah practiced as an employed solicitor at Robson & Oliver before joining the partnership in 2021. Sarah lives locally with her two children and enjoys keeping fit and making the most of Sawtell’s beautiful beaches. If you need assistance with conveyancing, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, family law, business/commercial matters or civil matters, Sarah strives to provide practical, straightforward advice and to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Having lived in the local area since 2010, Vicki joined the Robson & Oliver team in 2015 as an experienced legal secretary, advancing to the role of office manager and bookkeeper in 2022. An integral member of our team and trusted first port of call, Vicki’s knowledge and experience means she is able to assist you with a wide range of questions about your matters.
An invaluable member of our team since 2014, Sue has decided to live the dream and retire at the end of 2022 to pursue her travel goals with her husband Steve. We will be very sorry to lose such a wonderful asset.
Laura joined the team in 2015 as a legal secretary and was admitted to practice in 2016. Laura grew up in the area and now lives in Boambee East with her husband and twin boys. Laura assists clients in the areas of wills and estate planning, conveyancing and business/commercial matters.
